What the Ladybird Heard
Two crafty robbers, one tiny ladybird, and a whole farmyard of fun will take over Colston Hall from 19th – 24th August in a family friendly production of What the Ladybird Heard.
Hefty Hugh and Lanky Len have a cunning plan to steal the farmer’s fine prize cow, forgetting the tiniest, quietest creature of all: The Ladybird. Luckily, she has a plan all to herself!
Families flocking to Colston Hall will join the woolly sheep, the hairy hog, the fat red hen and the dainty dog in this new, colourful, farmyard adventure by Julia Donaldson, author of modern classic The Gruffalo, and Lydia Monk.
Based on the award-winning picture book, this stage adaptation consists of live music, puppetry, plenty of audience participation and lots of laughs to create an udderly unmissable, rollicking barnyard mystery with a quack, neigh, moo, and cheer for the ladybird all the way through!
