On Sat 1st June Fox Studio Cycling opened its first cycling studio at Kestrel Court. Whether you’re a cycling enthusiast, a complete beginner or a Mum trying to get back into shape post pregnancy, the Fox’s team will make you feel welcome. But if you really don’t feel ready to don your cycle shorts in public, click on the image to see how they can help with that too!
Portishead Directory
Our local Chamber of Commerce recently organised the Outlook Portishead Event to showcase the superb location, facilities and businesses we have on offer here in the town.
Practically Perfect Mums hosted a stand, along with other local business and organisations who are keen to promote our area.
As I’m still rediscovering myself as a ‘business’ woman, having spent so many years in my ‘just-a-mum’ mode, I thought it would be wise to run a giveaway in the hope that at least a few people would come and talk to me on my stand.
My cunning plan seems to have worked and the winner of an £80 advertising package with Practically Perfect Mums is . .
Do you have baby equipment which you haven’t got round to selling? Could you do with earning some cash for the clothes your children have outgrown? Would you like to grab a local bargain? Then come on in to Practically Perfect Market 2 where Listing an item on the site is FREE
Apparently not everybody in the world is on Facebook (although it sometimes seems like it) so some people have been unable to access the Practically Perfect Market – Portishead Facebook page. In order to remedy this oversight I’ve decided to set up a 2nd space for buying, selling and donating babies and children’s toys, clothes and equipment right here on the site. The idea is just the same – a FREE friendly space to buy, sell, give away or request baby and children’s items,
Buy, sell, donate or collect through any of the Practically Perfect Markets and you are hopefully keeping your valuable kids’ stuff out of landfill, getting a good deal or de-cluttering your home. But to make this an effective, pleasant and safe trading environment, I think it’s important to be both cautious and courteous! Before you get started, have a look at the guidelines.
